Equipped with innovative MouldBlock Technology, the HardieBacker 12mm floor tiling backerboard offers durable water and mold resistance. Unlike plywood and plasterboard, HardieBacker performs exceptionally well in wet areas and is specifically designed for use in kitchens and bathrooms. Its absence of paper facing prevents dangerous mold growth and ensures that the boards will not warp or rot when exposed to water.
In addition to its superior resistance to mold and moisture, HardieBacker also offers excellent adhesive properties. It securely holds ceramic or stone tiles with weights of up to 200 kg/m2, which is up to 3 times the compressive strength compared to other boards.

Standard Dispatch Times
Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM Monday to Thursday to be eligible for next-day dispatch (where applicable). Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. All products have the availability days marked, so use this as a guide.
We offer this service to alleviate confusion for you and reduce communication for us all. It gives us an idea on when you would like the order to be delivered.
It is NOT a garaunteed delivery date. Picking next day WILL NOT get you next day - unless you pay for it.
We understand scheduling of larger materials to your project is important, thus having your preference is very helpful for us. Please note this works in tandem with the availability of the product. We can NOT fulfill any orders before the avability days set on the product, even if the date insert tool allows it.
There may be situations where if specified a preference date is given, we may not always be able to deliver on that date. We WILL do our best to comunicate accurate delivery times via email after the order is placed, so no need to worry.
After you specified a date we will do our best to deliver on that date, you will be notified within 24-48 hours if we can not fill that day but will strive to get a slot as close as possible to that date. We do not deliver on weekends, so all orders specified with weekend delivery will be shifted to the week after.
If you need to reschedule your delivery, let us know as soon as possible. You’ll be notified of any changes via email or phone. We can not change delivery dates if you leave it within 24 hours of confirmed booked date.
Someone must be on-site to sign for and assist with unloading materials. All deliveries are kerbside only. Upon delivery:

Every transaction is recorded, and the delivery fees are determined on whether or not the recipient is ready to receive the package. This covers manual or automated offloading of heavy items. Offloading equipment, such as a tail lift or forklift, may be requested; however, there may be an additional fee if the site is difficult to access or we have a parking / access restrictions or the products are of considerable size..
We may be forced to offer an equivalent high-quality substitute product at no extra cost to our customer from time to time give the UK market conditions and stock supply in your area. They will be like for like and be chose by you with the liability on person orders if chosen on the option to accept yes is marked.
Our suppliers reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery, if you have not informed either us or the supplier of any access restrictions at either the time of placing the order or 24 hours before the delivery.
