When will my order be delivered?

  1. Each product will have a set expected delivery time in working days. We also offer a preffered delivery date if you need to specify a set day that works with your project schedule. It will vary from product to product and will change based on the time of the year and supply chain but we will update the website accordingly for you. We will do our best to update the product details before you buy and confirm more accurate timimgs after the order is confirmed and dispatched. 

    If there are any issues we WILL be in touch via email or phone and do our best to ensure your order is with you at the time expected.

What does it mean to accept equivalent / similar products?

  1. An equivalent product closely matches the technical specifications of the product you requested. These products may be offered by different brands, but they can be used interchangeably in most cases. You can choose whether or not to accept equivalent products when placing an order in the order notes section as you check out. 

I’m looking for a product and can’t find it on your website. Can you get it?

How do I make changes to an existing order?

If an order is not paid for please ammend it in your basket or in "your account" section. If the order has been paid for and is awaiting shipment please contact us right away.  
Can you supply me with a product sample?

Yes, get in touch and we’ll assist you. We can only provide this for certain lines.
Where can I find technical information on a product?

Most products include Technical Specifications below the product image and most include datasheets within the Technical Downloads tab also below the product image.
What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the UK mainland. Deliveries to Wales and Scotland may incur an additional delivery charge.
What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google pay & Apple Pay.
I haven’t received my delivery on the confirmed delivery date. Can you assist?

How can I get a VAT invoice?

One will be emailed to you upon dispatch. Alternatively, On your customer dashboard under the completed orders tab you can access all your orders that have been successfully delivered. Find the order you’d like the VAT invoice for and you will find the VAT invoice button where this can be downloaded.
How can I cancel an order or make a return?

  1. We will be in touch soon after you submit a request on out contact form form. Once items have been returned, you will be refunded within 14 days.
    Please note that perishable items like cement and plaster cannot be returned. Collection and re-stocking fees may be incurred.
