The 100mm Rockwool Flexi Acoustic Sound Insulation Slab is a versatile and high-performance insulation product. It provides both thermal and acoustic insulation, making it ideal for various applications. The unique flexible edge of the slab ensures a tight fit between timber and metal frame systems, resulting in consistent insulation performance and preventing cold spots or poor acoustics.
This insulation slab is made from renewable volcanic rock, making it highly fire-resistant. Additionally, it helps reduce the carbon footprint of a building. The design of the slab ensures that it stays in place and does not become displaced, providing long-lasting insulation performance. The patented flexible edge allows for a friction fit within the supporting framework, accommodating fresh timber shrinkage and ensuring a secure installation.
