Hush Panel Cem 32 is a high mass acoustic foorboard that has been developed to increase both airborne and impact acoustic performance when used in an existing construction that is deemed to be very lightweight. By adding high amounts of mass to a lightweight construction the airborne noise performance is increased, something that doesn’t normally occur when standard acoustic fooring is used. Hush-Panel Cem 32 comprises of an 22mm tongued and grooved cement particle board and our Hush Felt 10 resilient layer. The Hush-Panel Cem 32 should be laid in the conventional broken bond pattern with all T&G joints glued using the Hush Cem Adhesive. The Hush Seal 20 or range of Hush fanking strips should be used to isolate the perimeters of the board.

Hush Panel CEM 32 is a versatile and high-performing acoustic flooring solution designed for lightweight construction types like timber frame. It is made up of a cement particle chipboard, an eco-friendly acoustic felt, and a rubber barrier mat, allowing it to meet all UK Building Regulations Requirements.

This high-density flooring solution effectively reduces both airborne and impact noise. It is easy to install and quick to use, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

We offer tiered delivery pricing to keep things clear and transparent. Delivery charges are calculated based on your order total before VAT and will be shown clearly at checkout. We are a TRADE SITE built for larger orders with keen pricing to match.

Standard Dispatch Times

Most items are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.
Custom or made-to-order products may require additional lead time.
We do not deliver on weekends.

Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM Monday to Thursday to be eligible for next-day dispatch (where applicable). Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. All products have the availability days marked, so use this as a guide.

PREFERED DELIVERY TIMES*

We offer this service to alleviate confusion for you and reduce communication for us all. It gives us an idea on when you would like the order to be delivered.

It is NOT a garaunteed delivery date. Picking next day WILL NOT get you next day - unless you pay for it.

We understand scheduling of larger materials to your project is important, thus having your preference is very helpful for us. Please note this works in tandem with the availability of the product. We can NOT fulfill any orders before the avability days set on the product, even if the date insert tool allows it.

There may be situations where if specified a preference date is given, we may not always be able to deliver on that date. We WILL do our best to comunicate accurate delivery times via email after the order is placed, so no need to worry.

After you specified a date we will do our best to deliver on that date, you will be notified within 24-48 hours if we can not fill that day but will strive to get a slot as close as possible to that date. We do not deliver on weekends, so all orders specified with weekend delivery will be shifted to the week after.

ON THE DAY & PRODUCT EQUIVALENTS

If you need to reschedule your delivery, let us know as soon as possible. You’ll be notified of any changes via email or phone. We can not change delivery dates if you leave it within 24 hours of confirmed booked date.

Someone must be on-site to sign for and assist with unloading materials. All deliveries are kerbside only. Upon delivery:

Inspect goods before signing.

Important: Signing a delivery as “unchecked” means the goods are accepted in good condition.

Responsibility for goods transfers to you upon delivery. We reserve the right to charge a failed delivery fee if access is restricted for the vehicle specified on the order, Redelivery charges are £50 ex vat. Collection charges are £50 ex vat

Every transaction is recorded, and the delivery fees are determined on whether or not the recipient is ready to receive the package. This covers manual or automated offloading of heavy items. Offloading equipment, such as a tail lift or forklift, may be requested; however, there may be an additional fee if the site is difficult to access or we have a parking / access restrictions or the products are of considerable size..

We may be forced to offer an equivalent high-quality substitute product at no extra cost to our customer from time to time give the UK market conditions and stock supply in your area. They will be like for like and be chose by you with the liability on person orders if chosen on the option to accept yes is marked.

RESTRICTED ACCESS

Our suppliers reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery, if you have not informed either us or the supplier of any access restrictions at either the time of placing the order or 24 hours before the delivery.
